We specialise in producing clean and clear, simple, easy-to-use attractive websites at the lowest possible cost. A 50% deposit is required at the commencement of work. The balance is payable within 10 working days of invoice date following your website being completed and uploaded onto its hosting server. Payments can be via cash, cheque or online bank transfer/BACS. PayPal is also acceptable but this will incur processing charges of 5% of the invoice value. There will be no charge for minor amendments such as a change of your contact email address, telephone number or published postal address while we host your site or while it is being maintained by us. Any changes or amendments to the agreed layout or text supplied will be chargeable at the studio rate of £25 per hour. This rate will also apply to any additional or future maintenance you may require. If we host your website for you a Fair Use Policy will apply to your data transfer (bandwidth). In the unlikely event that this is in excess of 500mb per month for two months then a server hosting upgrade may be required. This will cost £35 per year which will allow up to 2GB of monthly data transfer. External website hosting and purchase of domain names can be purchased, registered and set up for you. You are solely responsible for your website's content. All material supplied for inclusion, including text, artwork, photographs etc, must be your own and must not infringe any copyrights. Features included in your website, eg enquiry form, will be subject to your website host being able to support them. These features will be available on sites we host or hosting services we purchase on your behalf. Whenever possible we will strive to complete your website within a week of receiving your instructions and material for inclusion. However, should there be a delay we cannot be liable for any losses you may incur. If required, we will purchase hosting services on your behalf. Services are purchased on an annual basis and no refunds are available should you cancel your service during the period of your hosting contract. We always purchase hosting services from reputable and tested companies but regret we cannot be held liable for any losses should a hosting company cease trading or go into liquidation during the period of your hosting contract.
