Our original and best-selling Leisure Pen is supplied as 8 panels all of which are joined together to form an octagonal, rectangular or semi-circle shaped pen - or you can shape it to fit into an awkward corner of your room.

In one panel is an opening door so your bunny can hop in/out to enjoy complete freedom of your home and the door can be closed to keep him/her secure overnight or while you're not at home. The Leisure Pen can be positioned in front of an indoor cage either by aligning the opening door with the cage door or, by parting the panels (see below), can be fitted to the front of an indoor cage.
The play pen flat-packs for travelling, a convenient clip holds the panels securely in place and there's a moulded plastic handle for ease of carrying.
The pen weighs approximately 5kg and is 61cm high.
For ultimate versatility, the pen can be adapted to fit onto the front of an indoor cage so that the full area provided by the 8 panels can provide additional space for play.
If you wish to use the pen in a small, confined space then simply double-up a few of the panels to make a smaller pen:
Use as an 'Introduction' Pen:
The pen can be folded to make two separate pens - ideal for introducing new buns and allowing them to sniff and get used to each other before being formally introduced. 3" gap between the two sections to guard against curious nips!

To fit permanently to the front of an indoor cage: (not Bunny Chalets)
Simply position the playpen in front of your bunny's indoor cage so that the panel housing the door opens out into your room. Cut through or prise-apart the clips holding the panels together, then secure the pen to the cage. We use cable ties which are available cheaply from most DIY stores, using one tie at the top and bottom of each side of the the wire sections of the cage.
Now your bunny can hop happily in and out of the indoor cage into the playpen area and, when the door is opened, can also hop out to explore your home and return to his/her playpen and cage (and litter tray!) when s/he wishes.

For 2009 we have introduced two more pens:
6-panel Hexagonal play pen with net - a quickly assembled/dismantled, chrome-finished playpen with door, ideal for indoor or outdoor use. Can also be assembled as a 5 panel pen or 6-panel rectangular pen. (NB The hexagonal top net will only fit when the pen is assembled in the intended 6-panel hexagonal shape.)
4-panel Square play pen with net - a quickly assembled/dismantled, flat-packing playpen ideal for indoor or outdoor use.

The
hexagonal net will fit the pen when it is formed into a 6-panel hexagonal
pen. To fit: shape the pen and drape the net across the top.
Clip one end to any corner of the pen then clip the corner directly
opposite. Tension can be added by wrapping the cord around the top 'S'
bend of the clip.
