Additional Terms for Overseas Orders

 

These Terms are in addition to the Terms and Conditions for UK orders.

Overseas orders are welcomed and most small, lightweight items can be sent outside the UK. 

The exceptions are

The postage prices throughout the website are for UK orders only and additional postal charges will be incurred for items sent overseas. 

Some of our small, lightweight items are frequently ordered by overseas customers and for convenience we have added an overseas ordering option button.  Where you see the Overseas Order option, simply click on the 'Buy Now' button and the international airmail postage is automatically included with no extra charges.  These items can be sent anywhere in the world.

International Airmail 

Normally these would be sent via airmail subject to a maximum allowable weight limit of 2kg.  Delivery is usually 4-5 days for European orders and 5-7 days for orders outside Europe.

International Surface Mail

This offers a cheaper service than International Airmail and can be used for packages over 2kg.  Delivery is usually 2 weeks for Western Europe, 4 weeks for Eastern Europe and 8 weeks for delivery outside Europe. 

International Airsure®

This service can be used to send mail quickly and safely to over 30 destinations in the following three geographic postal zones:

Europe: Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

World Zone one: Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and USA.

World Zone two: New Zealand

It offers online tracking and proof of delivery

International Signed For™

Royal Mail tracks International Signed For™ items up to the point they leave the UK and in some cases on arrival in the destination country. You can check the progress of your item by using Track & Trace.

When your item reaches its destination country it is handed over to the local postal service for delivery through their regular registered service. A signature will be taken at the delivery address (please note this will not necessarily be the addressee) which means the item is not left unattended or posted through a letter box. Please note that Royal Mail cannot routinely provide a copy of this signature.  If no-one is available to sign for the item, then it will be retained by the postal administration for a subsequent delivery attempt or collection by the addressee. In the case of loss of an item Royal Mail will request proof of posting from the other postal administration but this cannot always be provided

When placing your order, please ensure you give us your correct delivery address!  If you have recently moved house then please update your address details on your PayPal account - we can not be held liable for any lost packages if you supply an incorrect or old delivery address.   If you discover you have accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address, eg for your previous address if you have recently moved, please contact us immediately so that we can manually amend it if your order hasn't already been dispatched. 

 

Currency Conversions

Currency conversions can be calculated at: http://www.xe.com/ucc/  Exchange rates vary daily so this might not be completely accurate - but it will give a good indication of the comparative cost using your own currency.

All payments are processed by PayPal using a secure server.  Most main credit and debit cards are acceptable.

Please note:  We do not hold any of your credit or debit card details.  These remain with PayPal.

 

A Certificate of Posting is obtained for all UK and overseas orders.  

 

Additional Postal Services

If you require your package to be insured or signed for upon delivery then there will be additional charges for these optional services.
