Additional Terms for Overseas Orders

 

These Terms are in addition to the Terms and Conditions for UK orders.

Overseas orders are welcomed and most small, lightweight items can be sent outside the UK.

The postage prices throughout the website are for UK orders only and additional postal charges will be incurred for items sent overseas. 

Some of our small, lightweight items are frequently ordered by overseas customers and for convenience we have added an overseas ordering option button.  Where you see the Overseas Order option, simply click on the 'Buy Now' button and the international airmail postage is automatically included with no extra charges.  These items can be sent anywhere in the world.

 

International Airmail 

Normally these would be sent via airmail subject to a maximum allowable weight limit of 2kg.  Delivery is usually 4-5 days for European orders and 5-7 days for orders outside Europe.

International Surface Mail

This offers a cheaper service than International Airmail and can be used for packages over 2kg.  Delivery is usually 2 weeks for Western Europe, 4 weeks for Eastern Europe and 8 weeks for delivery outside Europe. 

 

 

Currency Conversions

Currency conversions can be calculated at: http://www.xe.com/ucc/  Exchange rates vary daily so this might not be completely accurate - but it will give a good indication of the comparative cost using your own currency.

All payments are processed by PayPal using a secure server.  Most main credit and debit cards are acceptable.

Please note:  We do not hold any of your credit or debit card details.  These remain with PayPal.

 

A Certificate of Posting is obtained for all UK and overseas orders.  

 

Additional Postal Services

If you require your package to be insured or signed for upon delivery then there will be additional charges for these optional services.
