Delivery Details

Your order will be normally posted to you within 1-4 working days of receipt, usually by 10am on Tuesday and Friday mornings (for orders received up to 9.30pm on the previous evening), and a Certificate of Posting will always be obtained for all orders. If you pay by postal cheque, or PayPal E-cheque, orders will be sent upon clearance of funds which can take 5-7 working days for a postal cheque or 7-10 working days for a PayPal E-cheque. The quickest way to pay is by credit or debit card using PayPal - not via PayPal E-cheques!

When placing your order, please ensure you give us your correct delivery address! If you have recently moved house then please update your address details on your PayPal account - we can not be held liable for lost packages if you supply an incorrect or old delivery address. If you discover you have accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address, eg for your previous address if you have recently moved, please contact us immediately so that we can manually amend it if your order hasn't already been dispatched.

A copy of our proof of posting is available on request.

All orders will be insured against loss or damage where appropriate.

Orders for the Rabbit Owner's CD will be sent on the same day whenever possible.

Indoor Cages including the Comfort Cages (but not the Bunny Chalets and other Direct-Dispatch items - see below), play pens, hay and other large/bulky items are sent via Royal Mail's parcel service and delivery is normally 2-3 working days from dispatch. If you are out at delivery time, a card will be left asking you to arrange re-delivery or parcels can be collected from your local sorting office.

Direct-Dispatch Delivery arrangements: Some items, including the Bunny Chalets and playpens are sent direct from the manufacturer which offers a very efficient and well-tested service. Delivery is normally within 2-3 working days via City Link but please allow up to five working days for delivery. Please click the link at the checkout to provide your contact telephone number at the checkout - this will be used by City Link, or alternative courier, to contact you should there be any queries regarding delivery of your order. Upon delivery please examine the package carefully before signing as 'Received in Good Condition' because claims for damage cannot be made later.

Orders paid for by postal cheque will be sent upon clearance of funds. If you prefer to use mail order and pay by cheque and order form can be downloaded here , please remember to add the postal charges then make your cheque payable to Vaga Valley and send to: Vaga Valley Marketing, 50 Vaga Crescent, Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, HR9 7RQ.

If there is likely to be any delay then we would notify you of this as soon as possible and offer the option of cancellation with full refund or agree a revised time for delivery.

In the unlikely event that your order fails to arrive within 15 working days after the expected delivery date it can claimed for online at: http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/customerservices;jsessionid=2HJFZH0ACSSIMFB2IGVUQEQUHRA0UQ2K?catId=400144&pageId=cs_filter&csd=late&gear=authentication . We can make claims for lost items on your behalf and submit our proof of posting with the claim. (A claim for loss can only be made if you have given us your correct delivery address!)

If any order should arrived damaged then it is often quicker for the recipient who holds the damaged goods to make the claim rather than us: http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/customerservices?catId=400144&pageId=cs_claimform&csd=damage . We are equally happy to pursue a claim for you but this might take longer as Royal Mail will be liaising with two parties instead of just the claimant.

Order value up to £25 - £2.45

Order value between £25.01-£55 - £3.95

Order value between £55.01-£100 - £6.95
