Outdoor Pest Repeller Discourage unwanted cats and foxes from your garden. This heavy-duty model will cover an area up to 70' x 50' and fittings are provided for the unit to be mounted on a wall or fence or on a pole such as a broom handle. It can be switched on/off at the unit, can operate an on/off cycle every two minutes or be activated by movement. These work by emitting a high frequency sound when the unwanted cat/dog/fox etc enters the garden. The sound is uncomfortable and discourages pests but will not harm them. Unlike most cat repellers, this model has three different frequency
settings making it suitable for use in a garden with pet rabbits without
affecting them.
Power source: 4 x 'D' size batteries or can run from the mains using a 12volt AC/DC adapter. (We use rechargeable batteries which last approximately 3-4 months.) |

Garden Pest deterrents must not be used as an alternative to safeguarding your garden-bunnies who, when unsupervised, must always be in a secure hutch, shed or run with a secure lid and mesh base if used on grass or soft ground. Strong bolts should be used on hutches, runs and sheds and wire mesh should be fox-proof - chicken wire will not provide protection against foxes. The Pest Repellers should be situated at entry points to your garden, eg placed over or directed towards gates and set to a medium or low frequency so they do not disturb your bunnies.
