You will have an option to list any special requirements or instructions, such as stating your bunny's favourite or preferred colour of toy/gift (which we will send whenever possible). All payments are processed by PayPal using an online secure server and there are no charges for using this service. Payments can be made using your credit card or debit card.
Mail Order - Cheque and bank online transfer payments: All UK orders may be paid for by postal cheque or online bank transfer if you prefer - please remember to add on the postal charges! International Orders: The postage charges stated are for UK orders only unless stated otherwise. Only items with an overseas ordering option shown in blue are available outside the UK.
Please note, for hygiene reasons, opened fabric items may not be returned unless defective (viruses such as VHD can be carried on such and can survive outside a host for 3 months - so this is a health and safety precaution for your bunny). If you are uncertain as to the suitability of an item, please check the dimensions before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.
