UK Postal Strikes
We will continue to dispatch orders regularly during postal strikes or use a courier whenever practical. Please allow additional time for delivery due to circumstances outside of our control.
Our apologies... Due to the +8" snow, dispatch of some orders will be delayed. Couriers are not currently operating so cannot collect large, bulky orders. Few post offices are open and collections are sporadic. However, we are dispatching non-courier orders as quickly and as frequently as possible but please allow a few extra days for delivery as postal services throughout much of the UK have been affected, either directly or indirectly.

Christmas-New Year Bank Holiday:
We will be operating only a limited standard shop service during the Christmas-New Year break, 24 December - 5 January 2009.

Please telephone 07769 630079 or email in advance to confirm we have the item/s in stock and that a courier can be booked to deliver to your area. Your delivery can be tracked online and will need to be signed for.

We are equally happy to pursue a claim for you but this might take longer as Royal Mail will be liaising with two parties instead of just the claimant.

Due to undertaking bunny home-checks, we will be unable to dispatch orders on Tuesday 25th September so orders placed between 1pm Friday 21st) and Tuesday (25th) may be slightly delayed. These will be sent as quickly as possible - aiming for Wednesday 26th September.

We have tried these on our own French Lops and they are a very good fit for Frenchies weighing up to 4.5 - 6kgs. Above this weight they can be a tight fit so please check your bunny's vital statistics prior to ordering. They may fit some British Giants but are unlikely to fit Continental Giants - the HUGE bunny harnesses would be a better fit.
